Cutting the Bullsh*t, Using BBB

I’m that guy. The one that half the T-Nation articles bitch about. I’m 5’4, 160 pounds and I’ve been giving workout advice when really, I need to shut up and get big. I’ve had workout ADD since I started lifting, jumping from one training style, one coach, to another and constantly failing to accomplish my goals.

Over the last month or so I started to seriously read the T-Nation forums but it wasn’t until the other day I saw a solution. I read Bigtosmall’s workout log, and saw all the help he got on this forum from MODOK and others. I think I’m going to try and repeat that, but have a few questions for anyone willing to listen about the BBB program. I only have the time to do the 4 times a week program, and the particular way to hit the body has me a little baffled.

  1. How do you split up the thighs?
  2. How do you split up delts? I figured you need one side delt movement and one press, but with the setup it doesn’t look like you could really get it done well.

A little background, I’m 23, 5’4, 160 pounds. Bench press is 95 pound dumbbells (shoulder injury keeps me from flat bench) My Squat is 300 (to parallel) and my Deadlift is 380.

I know I’m going to get a ton of “Shut up and blah blah blah.” But I just want whatever advice you can throw at me. I know I’m weak and small compared to a lot of people here, and that’s exactly why I want your advice.
