08/19/02 225# 9.99% bodyfat 202# lbm and 22.48# fat.
I did 4 weeks of Meltdown I, I repeated week 3, Did Cy Willson's Steroid diet. I averaged 315g protein 100g carbs and 35g fat per day. I did Tribex/M for the first 2 weeks and just finished 2 weeks of Mag-10. I front loaded 4 doses day one and then did 2 doses daily.I also consumed a serving of Surge after every workout and cardio session.
Going back to Tribex/M doing 1 week of cardio only this week and then starting a 5x5 program.
Thanks for everyones input on this forum for the last several years as this knowledge has proven invaluable.
Awesome results your physique must look noticeably different. Just curious when you did the steroid diet did you nix the roids and use Mag-10 only or did you use stuff too?
Paul, that’s pretty impressive. From my calculations, you only consumed 1,975 calories a day and yet you put on 16 lbs of muscle and lost 7 lbs of fat! Can you post your daily diet with what time you train?
To T-Man:
I’ve been training early a.m with an empty stomach. Immediately after training I have 2 scoops of Surge. 1 hour later Protein drink with 1 tsp. of flax, 2-3 hours later I either have 80z. chicken breast or tuna or 96% fat free hamburger meat and 2 fish oil capsules. I repeat this all day alternating between protein drinks and lean meats. At my 6:00-7:00pm feeding I usually have a salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, feta cheese and sunflower seeds along with my protein source.

I did cut loose on one weekend and ate whatever I wanted and had a few beers. That was about 2 weekends ago. No negative effects that I could see or measure.
I’m really amazed with the Meltdown Training Routine.The Mag-10 and Tribex/M cycles I’m doing is letting me go way down in calories without sacrificing muscle tissue.
Regarding Meltdown training and what Don Alessi said about losing bodyfat in the arms and legs first on the program is absoulutely what happened to me. Pretty cool when something works the way it is said to.
The only thing else I do is to be sure and drink 1 gallon of water daily.

Thanks Paul. The general consensus is that you can’t put on muscle eating under maintainance and/or put on muscle and lose fat at the same time. And yet you acheived this in ONE MONTH! You are definitely an inspiration or maybe just a genetic freak. Thanks for your post!
