My lean and mean Mag-10 cutting cycle

Hello, all.

My 1st Mag-10 cutting cycle was nothing short of phee-nominal! I started out at 195 pounds and in two short weeks I lost 1 1/2 inches in my waist and absolutely NOTHING lost in my upper body. My legs lost a bit, but I was a little bottom heavy to begin with, so I'm actually happy about that.

Can't wait for the 2nd two-week cycle...now, if I only had some MD-6...***sigh***

Good job. What kind of diet and training were you doing? What were your stats before and after? Were you using any other supplements?

As far as actual bodyfat measurements, no, I don’t have anything official. My gym has a set of calipers, but there was such a high variance between one test and another that it seemed a waste of time to go by the caliper readings. All I know is my shirts are still nice and tight and my newly shrunken waist requires a belt with my pants!

As far as diet, I spent two weeks slowly cutting calories before I dropped them dramatically while on the Mag-10. Despite only about 1700 calories per day, I still managed to get about 150 - 175 grams per day of protein, which was key.

For training, I worked out 14 days straight. I would do full body workouts every other day and on the off days would go jogging.

As far as supplements, I only used Mag-10. I have two bottles left, so I'll take two weeks worth of Tribex/M, then another Mag-10 cycle (only 1 serving per day now), two weeks of Tribex-M, followed by one last two-week Mag-10 cycle. In the next several weeks I plan on dropping my caloric intake down to about 1500 and bump up the cardio. I should be pretty lean by then.

I plan on doing another bulking cycle in February or March.

Nice results! If you don’t mind, I was wondering if you could state what kind of macronutrient breakdown you followed. It sounds like it may be the fat fast protocol.
