Curse of Being an Endomorph

So if that’s supposed to be your bulking diet, it doesn’t look too good. You only have carbs at lunch and it’s only 1.5 of sweet potatoes. If you truly want to bulk, you need to up your carbs. Looks like you have enough fat from your irish butter. Your protein looks pretty decent.

But honestly if you’re up set with your “pyramid” shape, then why don’t you lean instead of bulk? Up your cardio and lose some of the fat. After this you can start bulking. It’s not about your supps dude. Just train like a maniac and eat good quality food. It’s not rocket science.[/quote]

Until this guy posts pictures, assuming his “pyramid” is because he is simply carrying too much fat is a huge leap.

Yeah, that pic means you need to build some shoulders and some legs. That is how you deal with that.

Dropping fat right now won’t solve what appears to be mostly a genetic shape issue.

Guys with wide hips or obliques need shoulders twice a wide to give the illusion of that greater V-taper.

Sidenote: what is the deal lately with every other poster telling people to diet?

Upper Pic 2

You definitely don’t look like you need to lose weight right now even though you do carry your hard to lose fat on your lower back and obliques.

Can you guys elaborate as to why you think his training split is soft? He’s hitting each body part 2x/week with decent volume. Unless intensity is really low?

Thanks alot for the advice Prof. X, I guess I need to quit bitchin and hit the gym harder than those “98%er’s”. I def. need to amp up my shoulder work, and continue to develop wider lats.
Oh and on that side note- You got me on that one brother, I think I might try adding some good morning carbs i.e. irish oatmeal and throwin down some waxy maize after I workout, b/c eating carbs only twice a day seems pretty low, If I’m trying to build up any muscle, any thoughts?

looking at the diet, I doubt he’s going lights out as he should be in the weight room. If he’s eating that and not on the brink of passing out then he is training like a bitch.

No diss OP, just a thought, eat more…train harder

I would fix that leg day too, OP. You’re kinda neglecting the hamstrings, even though you give them sets of RDL, I don’t think that’s enough. If “would” be, if you treated them as you do the quat and go “10,8,6” rather than “4x10”

Add Leg Curls

Train your damned rear delts…1 movement at the beginning o shoulder day and 1 and the end

eat more, eat while you train

Volume alone doesn’t mean anything without some intensity.

Dude needs to hit 531 or something simple like that for the big exercises, probably with the 3 month challenge mod attached to it and not eat like he’s prepping for a contest.

Think strong. Think about lifting more WEIGHT, not more reps. Then you could add 50 reps however you want of some isolation shit every training session and then go home and smash a pizza or something.

Prof X has this wired. Your shape won’t change until you build that base.

Remember: abs on skinny guys is like tits on fat girls - they don’t count.

youve never had your cock sucked by a fat bitch have you?

Much appreciated, synopsis- Eating and training like a monster= monster, keep the big lifts simple and get after those delts/lats and hams, as far as nutrition goes, do I need to keep what I have now and add a slew of carbs for breakfast and postworkout or do I need to revamp the whole system?

You can keep it the same

change the pre and post workout to include carbs and more creatine.protein. Maybe even go “creatine/amino” intraworkout too.

your breakfast…do the whole eggs

throw some rice and pasta in a meal or two outside the workout time

get blowjobs from fat bitches

I think you ‘look like a pyramid’ because you don’t have shoulders or lats.

Work on that IMO.

Impossible.
