Hey all I am one of those flat bench fanatics whom were mentioned about by dorian yatesin the most recent ghost dawg in Flex mag i think. Anyway ive always wondered why the little bit of fat i have on my chest forms a somewhat pointed nipple(not it isnt gyno anymore i had surgery in may) But what is a good program that is on Tmag where most of the chest work revolves around incline bench? so that I can firm up my upper chest? anyone help por favor.
The only thing you can do for that is diet and cardio! The problem around your nipple area is fat. Personally I would opt for the T-Dawg diet and take some thermo’s. Still maintain your chest workout. Maybe try dumbell flat presses and some incline as well. If you want it, go get it!
Well i know diet and cardio, but i think that incline bench would definatly help my condition, i seriously have dont less that ten total sets on incline in my lIFE so it sure wouldnt hurt my condition and hopefully help it , it was mention inm ghost dawg that it helps anyone else have a program suggestion .?
Inclines won’t hurt, but if they’re fat deposits they won’t get rid of the boobies. Men store fat there just like they do in their love handles. Shitty fact of nature I hate to say. It’s one fat storage area than men and women have in common. And I think a guy can lose a lot of weight and still have some leftover deposits there. This is often called gyno, but it’s not the same thing.
Get a bra. Just joking:) I used to have a lot of fat on my chest and until I got down to 12% would it go away somewhat. Even when I’m at 8% I still have a little fat on my chest. If you haven’t been doing incline, then I would subsitute incline for flat for at least a couple months. If you want to do both at least do incline first and flat second.
I believe that we’re talking about two different things. I think what ‘ghost dawg’ was referring to was overdeveloped middle/lower pecs, which causes the muscle to droop. You see this with “standard muscle men” on TV. Working inclines will eliminate the droop of the muscle.
I also have those little man boobies and wanted to get rid of them… So you guys are saying is to do incline bench preses? How about butterflys and such?
No inclines will not get rid of fat on your chest, but it will make your chest flatter and look better. Upper chest mass always sticks out to me because most people don’t have any. The only thing you can do to get rid of chest fat is to lose bodyfat or get liposuction.
