A little backstory:
I go lifting with my brother who is pretty strong but he has the worst case of man titties ive ever seen i mean the kind that are trangular at the bottom and stick out. Me i’ve always had a “square” chest but lately as my bench has been going up ive been seeing a slight formation that y lower pecs are starting to go that direction.
ow I am interested in putting up heavier numbers but a pair of man tits are not something i want is there any way I can avoid this and build my pecs to become square with more mass?

He’s not talking about chest fat, he’s talking about lower chest mass (correct me if I’m wrong here)
IF your lower pecs are building up too much, throw in some work for the clav portion (bench to neck, incline dumbbells) YOure lucky in that you’re not shoulder dominant so incline DBs should help you in addition to your usual bench work.
This is confusing…
Is your brother fat (his waist is noticeable fat?)
His lower chest is triangular??? Are his nipples big? It could be gyno.
Either way it is unlikely that you will develop them unless you bench and do flyes only while eating copious amounts of McD’s and Pizza pockets.

No I wouldnt say my brother is fat when he cuts he gets down pretty low bf % but his chest stays the same shape.

Well you see I do alot of incline work already including Db incline Press

Work light on your lower chest, Work mostly on inclines, Incline Bench, Flys and Dumbells
