Cube Assistance Work

I am thinking about giving Cube a try. Its seems pretty simple but I do have a few questions, particularly regarding the assistance work.

  1. The book said to do 3-5 different excercise… 3-4 sets of each… what about reps?

2.What do they mean by “like a body builder”?

3.Do you do the assistance work in the same way as the main move ie.heavy, rep, explosive

Both the original Cube and Cube 365 lay out the exercises, sets and reps for every workout.

I bought the book and read it. They did list the assistance excercises. They said pick 4-5 excercises and do 3-4 sets of each like a bodybuilder.

So again… how many reps per set?..What does "like a body builder mean?..Do I do them in the same way as the main move ie heavy,reps,explosive?

Doing assistance like a bodybuilder is clearly explained in the book. He is talking about building muscle, injury prevention, physique balance, hitting weak body parts etc…

The reps vary depending on the exercise, the wave and week you’re in.
All this is explained in the book with exercises, sets and reps all listed.
