Just wondering.
Haven’t seen many comments about it. No calories.
Not saying I’m wanting to put it in every water bottle I drink but I figured one or two of those ‘on the go’ packets couldn’t hurt.
Your thoughts?

I don’t know but I heard it makes one a fatass…and then over time they become gay.
It wouldnt be bad for you. But if you were trying to lose fat and wanted to drink something other than just plain water, brewed green tea would be a better choice.
Im personally a big fan… I support the splenda revolution. But I have heard these artificial sweetners can make you gain fat regardless of the calorie absence. Via what mechanism; I dont know… But till I find conclusive evidence to support that Im gonna continue to use it in moderation
I’m sure if you have them occasionally once in a while. I’m more of a fan (esp when cutting) to suck it up and just eat right. Water and green tea, coffee (black and strong)…but as long as you arent drinking quarts of the stuff daily you should be ok
I think it’s gross anyway, when you’re eating right it seems overly sweet compared to the majority of foods you should be eating.
Horseshit!
A bit of Splenda once in a while isn’t going to hurt your diet. I use a bit of the brown sugar on my sweet potatos. I also have seen BB’s use splenda in their oatmeal on occasion… Drink up.
Just so you know, brand name crystal light does have a few calories, but some generic brands are calorie free. But yeah, a little bit is not going to hurt your diet.

x2.
There was a thread on this not too long ago in the T-cell. Seemed like while there’s some evidence to suggest that eating artificial sweeteners stops or retards fat loss… the anecdotal experience of most on this site suggests it’s not that big a deal.
Go for it.
Crystal Light is for cunts. Drink water.
Crystal Light usually has Aspartame. Google Aspartame Headaches if you start feeling odd after drinking it. A friend of mine reacts really poorly after anything with aspartame in it - headaches, lack of concentration. I get them less so, generally just makes me feel tired and sluggish.
Recently they’ve been using Sucralose more, which is more of an unknown from what I can find. The kooky natural medicine types don’t like it, but there isn’t much real data that I could find in my 30 second Google expedition.
