Jimmy is getting pissed. He’ll be visiting the crossfit people and get to the bottom of this.
Jimmy will also find out if the Dan John comments are lies. But Jimmy would also like to hear Dan John confirm or deny before he takes things to the next level.
Jimmy has a man crush on the dude in his avatar.
Jimmy wants to take the place of the fern.
Jimmy is straight. But if he wasn’t, this would be his perfect man.[/quote]
Anybody that talks in the third person is a douchebag.

I checked out my local crossfit site, and it pissed me off. I set up an appointment, and I’m going to go play with crossfit.
I have trained multiple people for BCT/OCS USSS PT, USMS PT, and competitive athletes. Hearing what they are going to do to me to get me in shape and earn my money would be a laugh and a half for me. I will post my conversation with Crossfit in Fairfax, VA and let you guys know about it.
BTW, the “Crossfit girls” on the Fairfax Crossfit site, definitely make me not want to put my lady on it.

Where is it in Fairfax? I actually did use crossfit for a while when I was prepping for the Fairfax Co P.D.'s physical assesment test, until I found out the test was different from what I’d been told. And that crossfit sucked.

2) The coach suffered a serious injury when he was a gymnast. He can’t do any serious working out. This doesn’t make him a bad coach. (Show me one football or basketball coach who can match his players ability.) Coach Glassman is busy thinking about workouts, fine tuning atheltes, and focusing on teaching. Nothing wrong with that.

How can he be fine tuning athletes with the workout of the day???
