Looks like you have a very wide stance but the form looks pretty good.
Nice depth on the front squats.
Good good.
More explosion from the bottom might put an end to those slow-down points on the 235 reps.
Why the belt?
Nice job on both. Your depth is very good on back and front. I can’t believe that 235 is your PR, unless you haven’t been squatting long. Didn’t look like you struggled at all.
Really? I always thought my stance was rather narrow for squatting but I’ll def. look into that. Thanks for the feedback

I pretty much only use belts for singles and PR attempts, thanks though
Thanks man, and ya I haven’t been squatting correctly for very long, and I really focused on my technique and form so now I’m starting to hit PR’s and get my #'s up.
I’m not really an expert, and its hard to tell from the angle, but it seems like maybe you have the bar too far up on your shoulders.
Good job.
P.S.
I always use a belt. Don’t want to risk it.
Thanks for the reply F3M4, anyone else?
your depth is fine, you need a squat that has:
“the junction of the hips and thighs MUST be below the knees, or the lift does not count” from the rules from powerlifting meets. You’re looking good.
The fronts look good to me but I question your spinal angle on the back squats. Looks like you have too much leaning forward on the back squats. Seems that you sort of stick about half way up and then do a bit of a good morning and put a lot of stress on your lower back as you straighten up.
leaning forward isnt bad as long as the weight isnt on your toes.
its his lower back that rounds when he goes below parallel thats bad. i have the same problem
