Critique My *NEW REVISED* Full Body Workout

One thing am confused about - can I just do 3 x 10 every sesh, upping weight when can do more than 10 reps or shpould I do light / med / heavy days?

If so, I then think skipping that and going full out but with two days rest between each sesh would be better no?

I like to keep it simple - go in, lift the wieghts I can for 3 sets and gtfo without thinking too much.
