I can do more than stated,and do dead lift
But I am working on a healing shoulder and it does limit me,also dog crap training is very strenuous,look it up
My physique is not to be confused(I used to weigh 270 and am now 220.I could have been leaner but I used my weight to put on size so I would not be puny when I lost a majority of my weight
