Nice work bro. Congrats on the painful pump. Is L-Leucine something you will be using more regularly from now on?

Without a doubt man. Since my weight is going up so have all of mlifts so I’m one happy camper.

Well last night was bench shirt work day.

I think I finally have that shirt figured out! We weren’t using heavy weights, just trying to get me used to it. I was blowing up 225 with the shirt pretty loose. It felt good to finally learn the grove of the shirt!

I then did boards raw, working up to 255 for 3 reps on a 3 board.

Final exercise was close grip bench 3x6 reps with 165.

I understand what youre talking about man, Iv just about got my shirt figured out and its a good feeling. I think Im going to be getting a solid 55 lbs of carryover out of my loose-fitting single ply titan after about a month of working in it. Hopefully youll nail yours down and get that bench up, I know you said you have trouble benching.

Yup, although I have brought it in slightly so I can better tuck my elbows in my my shirt.

So while training for this meet in Jan. I have been keeping my ear open for other meets. Well my UPA group is planning a push/pull for Feb and then there is a meet in Charleston in March

Got 405 for 7 reps tonight in the deadlift! this was with full deload of the weight not touch and go. Sooo happy about that! I had more in me but my coach told me not to grind out any reps.

Okay, I just read the entire 13 pages THIS MORNING.

This is quite the log and even if you don’t get tons of comments I think people are reading.

Good luck with everything.

Haha damn man, I’m honored you took the time to read through all that crap in one morning!!

Not a very good squat workout on Sunday  Oh well I guess sometimes you get the weight, other times it gets you.

Not sure if I can financially do the meet in Jan. The problem is in Dec. I have to buy my fiancee a graduation present, and Xmas present (along with everyone else), my medical bills came through, and I need to buy furniture for my apartment which I plan to buy in cash (no debt).

If I get my promotion at the beg. of Dec. I’ll be good to go, otherwise I may not have the cash.

So you’re not blaming this effort on Christian Pop Music? I still think you need to start reading your Bible.

HAHA it’s all in good fun CP, nice work, keep it up.

Come on man, cant bail on me now!

Lol I’m Catholic man, I even have my mini prayer book if you want to borrow it :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m just not down with the music outside of Church haha.

Plus I had my iPOD CRANKED up so I was able to drown it out!

But alas, I’m not dating a girl who is cool with a guy who has a split personality and living in a rundown dump.

Although it’s not too late to change that…lol

HAHA man, just giving you a hard time. I agree with you, Church music needs to stay in Church, unless someone wants to willingly want to listen to it outside of Church.

How are things at work going?

Work is going better thanks! We avoided major layoffs, even with our 100% drug test (out of 1500 employees only 14 were let go).

Haha get back to me in Dec though, I’m up for a promotion then and we’ll see how it goes. I earned this one a while ago but they were too cheap to give it to me lol.

How are things going with you?
