Dang! See I’m twenty, in a really committed relationship, and addicted to the iron. Just tryna see what the road might look like a couple years ahead. I’ll be lucky as hell if it looks something like yours!
Haha well I’m sure it will look like whatever you want it to. It’s all what we make of things.
I’m just fortunate to find a girl who helps with my knee wraps and the only comments I get when I squat in a suit are, “well you face turned a nice shade of purple, but you hit depth.” Haha.
::sniff:: that’s beautiful man. I was telling my girlfriend how i ripped my hand open doing pull-ups, and she goes “get some chalk.” sweet God I love that woman[/quote]
Haha you are one lucky man!
Just checking up on you here again Crew, wow! Congratulations on the 480! You’re almost in the five plates a side club, pretty soon man…
Sounds like your daily schedule doesn’t give you much time to get into any trouble, so that’s a good thing, just wait until you have kids… I had a good laugh when you said you wished you could register your wedding at Biotest and EliteFTS, god I wish!
Keep your log going man, I’m still following along…
Jelly
Hey man, you oughta try to make it up to G7 and train with me and Dwayne sometime. We squat on Wednesdays…

I’ll try to but no promises. I don’t get out of work until 5 on a good day and it’s a bit of a drive out there for me.

It will have to wait until David is back in after his surgery since the back room is private and he decides who gets to lift back there, but Im sure he wont have any problems with you coming in sometime.

lol I’ll just have Nash come along with me. Surely he’ll let in a multi world record holder in the squat.
Haha…I dont know if he knows Nash or not…What are you doing Saturday morning?

So we have our Halloween party all day today. So far I’ve had a bagel and 2 ham sandwiches. Let’s see how well this new Biotest products turns bad food good
And yes I bring my supplements with me to work
I hate you and your delicious food.
Why do business parties always look like pre-marathon meals?

Haha I work at a manufacturing plant in Anderson. I won’t name which one as I’ve bitched a lot about the company on here. No need to hurt our business more than it already is
I know where youre talking about. Better hide your junk food because Im coming for it, haha.
Well not the most productive weekend ever.
My Grandmother passed away on Sat and then on Sun my fiancee got the flu.
Aside of the negative aspects, I did go to a 3rd graders soccer game and watched his team kick ass, followed by another 3rd graders fall ball game where he got a hit, and topped off by watching my ring bearer rip a hit down the third base line to get a double in coach pitch ball. All of this helped to cheer up my Sat.
While my Grandmother’s passing was sad it was not unexpected, she was 97. Plus I know she is in a much better place given her mind had gone out in the last couple of years. It’s just a rough time for my father and Grandfather as my dad’s real mother passed away when he was 8 so this is the second mother he has lost and the second wife my Grandfather has lost.
I’m sure she’s looking down right now and thinking, “My Yankees better get their act together next year!”
Sorry to hear bout your grandmother CP. Never a fun thing to deal with but hopefully she wasn’t in any pain.
Also went to Head of the Hooch and raced/coached. Let me tell ya, not training year round/being hungover the day of the race and racing with 3 other guys in the same state resulted in a not so fun race haha. Still got 15/27 in the club 4 and your clemson women did pretty well and won the 8+ I think. If ya ever want to race with us, we’ve decided that we’ll get in better rowing shape and see what we can throw together.
Sorry to hear about your grandmother Mike. Who’s kids are you going to watch play sports here? Better watch out, the fiancee might get baby fever if youre not careful, haha.

Thanks man, she went without pain. Luckily my cousins are 2 of the top doctors around (President and VP of the Cooper Clinic)and they were able to advise my Grandfather throughout the process on the correct decisions to make.
Good to hear about Clemson’s women doing well! I had heard the team is hurting right now.
Haha sorry about your race, but sounds like the fun before it was worth it! Sometimes it’s not about the medals but enjoying your time there.
I think my rowing days are behind me. I learned the hard way once already not to mix powerlifting and rowing. Haha I’m in no hurry to break my back again
Plus, cardio freaken suck
I don’t miss that erg one bit.
