I have tested for free test, normal test, and IGF-1

my free test is only: 10,8 pg/mL

I wait for other results
Fuck, if it bothers you that much, just got buy some good European drugs.
I’m sure Gunter Schlierkamp could point you in the right direction

I wait for doctor response, because I think, changing hormone balance is not fun

I train hard and I see results, but I cannot gain mass, power goes up normally

You don’t eat enough. If you can’t gain mass, eat more. You think you’re eating enough but you’re really not (even if you’re eating all day). Eat more! Find higher calorie foods. Nothing genetically wrong with you, you’re just fricken skinny.

You added 40 kg to your DL in one month?

OP, you’re starting off from a better place than I did. I couldn’t even half rep 95lbs for bench, I was a skinny-fat 145 (beer belly with rail thin arms and legs) and just overall unhealthy from too little sleep and too much partying and what comes with that. Eat and lift and you’ll be fine.

ok, I will try eat more, but fat stores in my but, so it is a bit confusing
I don’t like sweets, so they have a lot of calories, but I really don’t eat them

yes, a month ago, I have started sumo deadlifts at 80 kg, and almost two weeks ago my max. was 140 kg (I don’t know, what max. I have now)

I can perform 5 reps with 130 kg (my back is okay, but I cannot hold a bar for more reps, just weak forearm)

I don’t think so, I have started with 20 kg (only bar) on BP a half year ago, I hope I push 80 kg for one rep this month

I sleep at least 8 hours a day, I don’t like parties

I don’t give up, I love it

Gallon of whole milk a day. 1-2 lbs of beef a day + whatever else you’re eating. Right now you’re just a skinny kid. Stop worrying about where you’re body deposits fat. We all have different places that our body deposits fat, mine happens to be in my abs. That doesn’t mean I freak out and don’t eat much. Put some size on you then worry about where you’re fat deposits when you get to be 90kg+ in bodyweight.

Thats not necessarily a bad thing though, putting on a lot of weight is not necessary to be a great powerlifter.

Regarding your chest thing, I am similar I have a very small chest yet with persistence I have got my bench up to 200kg.

Fat ass? Lol.

okey, thanks for advices, I eat after training about 7 eggs (trying eat more and more)

bloodwowk
estradiol 171 pmol/l
test

SQ: 160 kg (2x my bodyweight)
