If you don’t want your ass to get big then PL is the wrong sport. All the competing PLers I’ve seen have very hypertrophied glutes, hips, hamstrings, and entire back.
I think you’re making a bigger deal out of this than it actually is, a lot of teenagers behave like that when it comes to their bodies. The more you worry about it and look for faults the worse you’ll feel, don’t do that to yourself. Honestly, when I look at your pictures I don’t see anything abnormal, just a skinny kid. Get stronger and bigger, then you’ll see that most of these issues will sort themselves out. Train hard and eat well for a couple of years, be patient because it takes time to get good results.
You say that you have pectus excavatum, that’s what they call hollowed chest, right? I can’t see it on the pictures but you said it’s not horribly much so that shouldn’t cause any problems. It might become less noticable with some added mass but that depends. Btw, I think Matt Rhodes has hollowed chest too (I know he’s got Marfan’s syndrome and it’s quite common that people with Marfan’s also have things like hollowed chest). Matt has a 900+ squat, 600+ bench and 700+ deadlift so it doesn’t seem to hold him back very much.

OP, meet half pound of pulled pork (my dinner)…pulled pork, OP
DixiesFinest, I have no idea whether those pictures are helping the OP or not but they sure are making me hungry. I should eat more, thanks for reminding me.

They are strong visual suggestions at one of the two ways that he can help his apparent genetic problem…the other way of course being lifting heavy.
And while the pork was my dinner, the steak was not…damn I want a steak.

well now see, I happen to know that it’s VERY difficult to take a quality picture of your own ass.

Hmm I see what you did there.
lol didnt have the cash on hand for more
I will post new pictures soon and also comments, sorry for delay, this week I must send my apply to university
You suffer from “skinny dude itus” - The belief that your genetics are the cause of your skinny arms, legs, back, chest etc… instead of your eating habits and lack of training.
You are skinny and you need to lift and eat. problem solved.

So I am pretty old and my bones are what are
I would like to store fat in upper body (next week I go to blood test) and fix APT (I know PE is fixable only with surgery)
coz I really don’t like fat on butt, and don’t see anyone like me with fatty butt
I will post photos soon[/quote]
In your shown pictures you are literally about the size I was when I first started powerlifting, I was about 150-155 lbs, though not sure how tall you are bc I don’t use metric and am too lazy to convert, but I was @ that weight and 5’11". I also have what you call “fat butt” or whatever, I actually think I have it alot worse than you do, but I like to think of it as my fat ass will help me squat more ![]()
If it would make you feel better I can post a picture of my awkward ass side view lol but trust me, I got it worse. Don’t get it in you’re head that you have a disability or something that will keep you from lifting, I’ve never even heard of whatever that medical term you used for it was, just go in the gym and pick up some weights and you will get stronger. Eat food too.
Literally, I was about you’re size, 2 years later I’m the guy on the far left in the attached image. I’ve added 90 lbs to my bench, 180 lbs to my deadlift, and 180 lbs to my squat while gaining 30 lbs of mostly muscle
I have improved my DL to 140 kg and BP to 75 kg
new photos, also tomorrow I will have bloodwork
I eat a lot, I have almost every day meat
Theres nothing wrong with you, I’ve seen many skinny kids like you. You just need to eat more.
when i was reading your first description it kinda went over my head and i was expecting to see some fat kid. theres nothing wrong with you at all. a buddy of mine had his chest bone smashed right in playing hockey, and had to have 3 surgeries. after a long road of recovery he was finally able to start lifting weights as much as he wanted.
he was skrawny, went away to school this year and after 4 months of training and nothing but eating he came home and i didnt recognize him. you got no excuses dude. like the others guys said, eat and fuckin lift. consistency is the biggest thing when i see new guys come into the gym. most fuck the dog and give up after a couple months when they see no results

Eat meat multiple times EVERY day.
and eat 20 eggs a day
Hi, I eat more eggs and meat, my DL and BP goes up
I have tested for free test, normal test, and IGF-1
my free test is only: 10,8 pg/mL
I wait for other results
