Creating Strength Indexes

ok, I hope i am not stealing anyone’s idea, but i had a thought today. I was wondering what the norm was for certain lifts in comparison to bodyweight. I do have a general idea about this, but i am curious to how others compare and how are backgrounds affect this. So post your best max’s and Body weight and we can use this to see our real weaknesses. I will start (all in lbs):
Bench 230,
Deadlift 350,
Squat 360,
Power Clean 165,
Pullup bw+45 (palms away),
Dip bw+60.
And my bodyweight is 150lbs and my background is sprinting/middle distance.
Hope to see responses.

No sports, just hobby lifter.

Hope this helps

You’d better ask for people’s heights as well if you want to come up with anything meaningful. A 185lb. bodyweight at 5"5’ is a lot different from the same bodyweight at 6’5"…

5’9…deadlift 455 at 155…haven’t maxed there in awhile. bench 345@195 (touch and go), squat (to 1 inch below parallel box) 345x2@195

Oops, i forgot about height, thanks for mentionning it. Yeah, poundages are pretty meaningless without height as well as weight. Anyways, i am 5’11"
