I am finishing up my creatine cycle as of today, I use purple K and I love it. Anyways, once you finish your cycle of it you are supposed to not touch it for 2 weeks then start up again.
However the last week and a bit I’ve been making some big improvements with my lifts and weight gain, I really don’t want to lose this momentum and I’m afraid going off creatine is going to be a set back. Do I really need to stop? Is it ok to try a different type of creatine? I have a half tub of Krush creatine powder that a buddy gave me. Would it be ok to use that? Or does my body need a few weeks off? Thanks.
Save yourself some money and just buy pure Creatine monohydrate.

I have heard that before. The thing with purple K is it’s so simple. Take 2 pills before a work out and 2 pills post. And 2 on off days. With the creatine powder there is so much conflicting information and different people with different opinions on how to use it.
I am comfortable with purple K, but am willing to try pure creatine if it means no cycyling.
Creatine isn’t some miracle drug, just keep taking the stuff everyday.
