I just ran out of Surge, and I was wondering what you guys think I could use in the meantime until I get some more. I currently have a tub of Grow! Whey and a couple bottles of BCAA tabs. Should I just get some grape juice and throw in some Grow! Whey and creatine? Would that be sufficient?
