Hey guys, I recently ran out of Surge and cannot afford to buy any in the next couple of weeks. I have two tubs of Grow! and was wondering what would be possibilites of mixing with the whey to make it a great postworkout drink. I am working out twice a day, four days a week in preparation for a Pro Day in March, and need something that will really help me recover well.
I am already taking BCAAs and Creatine along with the Surge Recovery I was taking. Any help would be great appreciated.
