I take powdered gatorade and ON whey. I use 1 scoop of each during and 1 scoop of each about 20-30 min after I’m done. I also just added creatine into the after shake about a week ago.

Anyone else have any ideas for me?
How many more ideas do you need? it’s not rocket science, and guys drink the same shake after every workout. if you need variety, go read martha stewart living.
just get a gallon of skim milk and container of chocolate powder or syrup. use 16 oz. skim milk and 200 kcals worth of chocolate stuff. when you’re done, re-stock.
Get some dextrose from a homebrew store its cheap as shit. or maltodextrin or oats for lower GI. Add some eggs for protein, or Natural peanut butter for cals, i sometimes add honey or yogurt too.
get some Grow! Whey and a big tub of gatorade powder, use one or two scoops of each one scoop of each is 22 grams protien and 50 something grams of carbs
When I don’t have Surge available, and need a PWO shake I go with…
Chocolate Milk + Creatine
or
Orange Juice (1 cup or so)
Lemon or Lime Juice
Metabolic Drive (Strawberry or Orange)
Creatine
Greens + Wildberry Blast
Frozen Fruit (Strawberries, Rasbberries…)
Ice
Blend Smooth (Add water if too thick)
By changing the ingredients and portions this basic recipe will allow for a wide variety of tastes and textures so you wont get bored.

now stop bumping your thread. it’s lame.
Um actually I just thought there might be some other cheap supplements that I could toss in. I wasn’t sure what a good pwo drink would include, but I guess you’ve enlightened me.
Thanks to everyone else with the info, I appreciate it.
