Dissapointed nobody wanted to engage in convo regarding their diet calories, but, what is everyone’s prefered brand of creatine, and how do they dose on it (i.e., do you follow a load, or dose on a systematic daily intake throughout an extended time)…also, has anyone noticed bloating with the powdered form (i.e., water retention in other areas besides the muscles, or is that a factor of overloading)? I plan on using it as a recovery/potential anabolic agent after an extended and very strict keto cut phase, (I have done this before), but i was not happy with the bloating…perhaps it might have been the cheap ass brand i bought. I am keeping a daily journal of this cut phase…and i tell you, cutting is not easy…every wonder why so few are big and cut?..
