I’ve finally made enough moola to do some shopping for a whole lot of quality supplements and just wanted the opinions of the T-Nation vets!
Is it the simpler the better?
Do all those flashy and VERY EXPENSIVE creatine products that claim to be “the world’s first” or “the new standard” make any substantial difference to the good old micronized monohydrates etc.???
They had a sale last spring, everything was buy one get one free on their entire product catalog. I bought 2 jugs of creatine, and got 2 free, along with some VP2.
I have enough creatine to last me for atleast the next 2 years.
Creapure is a LARGE maker/distributor of Cretine from Germany as opposed to China. there are a few companies that actually man up and use the quality creatine like Biotest in the store here. It will have the creatine logo on the package if its creapure.
It should be JUST creatine no added BS

Creapure creatine monohydrate, as found in the store here, is the only kind of creatine you should be taking.
No need to load it, just take 1 tsp mixed with a glass of water or your post-workout drink.
There is no better creatine out there.
Is that the Utimate Creapure or the Redback Creapure or the Myopure Creapure? Yeah I heard about it too… Just not sure which one it is!
BTW, theres a clause thats states only a % of creatine has to be Creapure to carry their logo on the label. Im sure Biotests claims are ligit, but i dont think Redbaks are…
