I tried creatine before without the loading phase and it didn’t seem to do much so I decided to try it again this time with a proper loading phase and now almost after two weeks I see absolutely nothing… no strenght gains, no bloating, nothing. I even bought some dextrose to mix it with but still nothing.
I think that after the third week I’m gonna quit and try to sell the rest of this crap. Should I try a different brand or up the dose? I took about 20g a day for the first 5 days and now I take 10g, 5 after workout and 5 at night.
Some people don’t respond. I’m also a non responder. I can take 20 grams daily for a month and still won’t put on any extra water weight or have a noticable increase my strength. Sucks, doesn’t it?
Creatine isnt a drug you know guys. its there to help you shoot for another rep or two, and recover better from heavy lifting, You still need to be eating enough food and keeping a high protein diet in check.
I would keep using it even if the results are minimal.
Yea definitely sucks… I was expecting to get at least a little water retention and strenght gain but nothing… btw I created two threads accidentally sry for that.
Maybe a mod can delete one of them or merge both.
