Cramps When Squatting

This is my first post so hope im doing it right

Everytime I go do squats I cramp up in my top inner thigh after at least one set and at most 2. Even when I am doing a very light weight. Before every gym session I warmup on the bike for at least 10 mins. Now Ive tried stretching before i do squats and Ive tried not stretching before them but still end up in same place. On leg press i seem to be fine it is just when i do squats!!

Is their anything I can do to sort this out?
