Anyone who can help,
My squat has been decreasing for the past couple of weeks. It has went from 225x5 to now barely able to get a single rep at the same weight.I’ve been doing sl 5x5 and all other lifts are PR-ing like crazy. Also recently there has been a sharp pain In my left high upper leg when I squat even slightly wide. I am not sure what the problem could be as I get plenty of rest, my squat form is good, and follow the program down to the t. If anyone with a similar experience could help I would greatly appreciate it.
