COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects

I don’t know much about ketamine, I just put it in for the laughs…boom, boom.

Never been in a sex shop, I can’t afford to buy it.

I thought meth was the “gay” drug? Over here and in Aus, at least.

Here’s something interesting. Over here, the govt approved of that drug heroin substitute drug but it had to be administered by a GP and the patient had to consume the drug in the presence of him/her. Almost all of our GPs are private enterprises. A black market somehow emerged because most of us are Chinese lol.

Addicts then started crushing them and Midazolam and injecting them.

I remember this but not the name of the opiate substitute because the GP I previously saw, who’s now retired, went as far as to put up a sign stating “NO MIDAZOLAM HERE” on their window and asking him why he did that.

:joy:

So, within a couple of months of the drug being approved, lots of them started losing limbs because their veins would get clogged up or something like that. So the govt banned EVERYTHING :joy: :joy: :joy: including the version that guy in Mr Robot was taking which I think is the same drug combined with another to prevent the euphoric effects of the former while preventing withdrawals.

How did the black market appear? It was probably mostly because of some GPs since over the years I’ve been reading about them selling cough syrup by the gallon to dealers. I’ve read about only ONE sales rep from the company distributing cough syrup being charged but I don’t think any of them would have the balls to for the other drug because there would be an additional charge of theft since, unlike a GP who’s already bought the drug to dispense in his/her clinic, they cannot legally purchase it. Which means jail time involved and IIRC that sales rep got quite a long sentence. A GP would normally just get a 5 figure fine and a suspension of his/her license for a certain period of time.

And since we’re talking about drugs, on a separate note, @anna_5588 :

My cat got prescribed something called Cystaid for feline idiopathic cystitis which the vet said is most likely due to stress since there are lots of noisy parties this season after our re-opening last month and my neighbour has been playing mahjong overnight every other night since 2 weeks ago and every night for the past week. FIC is supposed to be something like what some women get during stressful periods so, other than the main ingredient which is supposed to protect the bladder lining or some stuff like that to prevent painful urination, the drug also includes something that also calms you down. My cat started to get pretty damn chill even by normal standards.

I saw the ingredients included something called L Theanine, which is supposed to have pretty strong calming effects but that’s what they say about lots of other OTC stuff and I’ve tried lots of them - GABA, melatonin, tryptophan etc - but they did balls for me, L Theanine is derived from real green tea but you’d have to drink a shitload of it for any therapeutic benefits so I went and bought it in it’s pure powder form and it’s been working great for sleep for ME for an entire week. Seriously couldn’t believe it. The only other OTC drug I’ve tried that I actually respond to is Tongkat Ali (which is in one of Biotest’s products but I can’t remember which one) and I think most of them are scams but this is the real shit. You might want to give it a shot. I got it on Amazon and use 200mg a night. It’s also really fucking cheap but to be able to dose my cat with the human grade stuff, I’d have to somehow find a way to give it 1/80 of a teaspoon lol.

I’m using Purisure L-Theanine Powder and it’s around 15USD for 500 servings assuming you’re just using it once a day at night to get to sleep.

No, that’s akyl nitrate (poppers).

And this too

You don’t have 20$? To note, I’ve never purchased it. However it spread over from the gay scene to the kids doing stupid shit scene.

Poppers aren’t dangerous unless you’re combining them with certain drugs like pde5 inhibitors (then they can kill you), but they’ll throw you off balance and cause you to giggle while your heart jumps out of your chest for around ten seconds.

I think Australia tried to ban them a couple years ago, but the ban was shot down on the basis of “There’s no real need to ban something so benign”.

Either methadone or buprenorphine. The latter is considerably less addictive and carries properties with it that deter opiate abuse. If you shoot up while taking buprenorphine you’ll likely go into precipitated withdrawl

Tis quite relaxing, especially if you’re stressed. Anxiolytic, but not sedating. Herbs like Valerian root appear to be mildly sedating.

Melatonin is also quite effective, but the effective dose is leaps and bounds lower than the 10-20mg tablets sold otc… you need like 1mg…

I was trying to imply I can’t afford to buy sex, from a sex shop. That would make me a bi sexual! :grinning: I do hear its cheaper in the long run than most marriages though.

I know what propanol is, I was being hyperbolic.

Meth is the fuel for antifa riots. The epicenter of Meth is Portland, OR. It may have started as a ‘gay drug’ I don’t know, but it’s very popular every where.

Midazolam was the ‘heroine’ substitute? That’s not going to work. And of course addicts would crush them and inject them. They are as much into injecting as the drug itself, but Midazolam won’t stop dope-sickness, so I cannot imaging that would have worked at all. Versed,(the brandname) is a benzodiazepine heroine is an opiate. They mix well, but they aren’t going to mitigate the effects of withdrawal.

The same way they always appear, supply and demand. And that idiotic program the government implemented as you describe made things ten times worse. You make people desperate and then make them criminal when they were not before. So the black market was necessary, unfortunately. It seems the Aussie government is bad at everything they do. Midazolam is not going to help heroine addicts, it’s just going to get them addicted to benzo’s too. So they create a bigger monster than they had in the first place. And they made the addicts even sicker than they would have been. The fact that the pulled the rug from under these people is disturbing. They got them hooked on yet another drug and then pulled the rug out from underneath them making them even sicker. Now they need heroine and benzos on the regular.
So I guess screw these people? Let them suffer? If you have seen dope-sickness you may not be so rigid regarding just letting people suffer. It’s awful. Not you personally, like one who is fine with letting addicts suffer.

Meth was the fuel for many soldiers during WWII

Just a fun fact.

I am not sure if they are legal in the US or not. I have seen them for sale, but they are sold as a VCR cleaner (at least that is what I saw). The gay guys must still have lots of video tapes.

I know… It was the German drug of choice.

No wonder that bad egg Hitler was such a nutcase

Probably saw shadow people jumping out and coming after him everywhere he looked

Clearly. Didn’t you know the average homosexual male has 7426 VCR tapes lying around?

No and no. Methadone is actually quite effective, but both are pretty heavy opiates, they are just denatured in a sense. There is a stripped down euphoric effect, but they are just as addictive. I have seen people get to a half milligram of buprenorphine and not be able to get off. So they take very little, but they cannot get off. But their addictiveness is the same. The idea is to take the joy out of the drug so you can slowly taper, since the replacements just keep one from feeling sick.
Methadone has actually a better track record and my hypothesis is that its because it has a much longer half-life, so the taper is much more gentle.
The only drug to cure addiction from another drug I have ever seen reliably work, based on anecdotes. Is switching from heroine to cocaine. It’s the Eric Clapton method, or the Dr. Pemberton (i.e. Coca-Cola) method. That’s why Coca-Cola exists. Dr. Pemberton used coke to get off of morphine. And that all has to do with dopamine regulation. The cocaine can maintain the high dopamine levels you need not to feel like hell. And then the coke itself is easier then, to kick.
There are a couple of hallucinogens that show great promise in curing opiate addiction. Ibogaine is the big one, but psilocybin has showed some promise, but requires more treatments. But of course, you have to leave the country to get those treatments. But that’s where the celebrities and politicians head when it’s time to kick the habit.
As far as I am concerned all options are and should be on the table. Especially since everything is tainted with fentanyl now, it’s important to make treatment options more available. People’s lives literally depend on it. Way more people are addicted to this stuff than you think. They are not all sitting in a park in SF falling over and shitting themselves. Many people you would never imagine are hooked.

Addiction and dependence aren’t =/=

Addicts aren’t going to seek out buprenorphine over methadone if they’re looking to get high

Using extra opiates on top of buprenorphine = precipitated withdrawl, and due to the drug only being a partial agonist of the u opiate receptor it doesn’t reliably bring on as much euphoria relative to other drugs of the same class

Obviously it’s stronger than say… codeine or tramadol, buprenorphine is one of the harder opiates

But it can’t hold a candle to methadone, oxycodone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone, morphine, fentanyl etc in terms of abuse potential.

One day we should do a deep dive into Nazi Germany. In history, we get the highlight film, nobody ever seems to discuss day to day existence and how it was that somebody so obviously whacked was voted into power and why and why did the plurality of German’s like him and were fine with him for most of that time.
He’s didn’t just swoop in and start oppressing people. It was incremented a little at a time. And that’s the lesson that is being forgotten. It’s always safer to criticize and find fault with the government than it is to blindly comply. Compliance is how you find yourself in a cattle car on a train to Treblinka. At worst in resistance, you’re just wrong.

I wonder if we were all in 1930’s Germany, who would support the nazi’s and who would not? We obviously cannot know, but I know one metric that contributes, compliance, and the blinder the better.

I think you’re right, I got confused.

Maybe, I confused K with poppers so what the hell do I know.

K is far more destructive than poppers when taken recreationally. It’s probably up there with cocaine in terms of how bad it is for you.

Destroys bladder and kidneys… how much will it take to cause problems? That’s a roll of the dice… some will develop issues from infrequent use, others can use every day for years before issues develop.

The neurotoxicity associated with frequent use/potential for induction of perhaps permanent cognitive deficits is off the charts.

One of the few I think is worse than alcohol.

Sorry, I think I wasn’t very clear when I wrote the previous post.

The heroin substitute was Methadone in pill form (thanks @unreal24278). Hardcore addicts would crush them up and MIX them WITH midazolam to get a similar high to heroin and inject it since I think it’s less potent, which is why addicts started getting clogged veins or something like that leading to limb amputations. It was all over the news over a decade ago.

Methadone is an opiate that’s supposed to wean people off the drug even though I have no bloody idea how that’s possible unless it’s that version in Mr Robot (sorry can’t remember the name. @unreal24278 ?) where it’s mixed with another drug that BLOCKS any euphoria from the opiate so this way, the addict doesn’t have to go through withdrawals while NOT being able to get high. This isn’t something like nicotine we’re talking about. Even if it was possible, there was no support system to help addicts out and I’m pretty sure most of them just went back to heroin after the ban. I’ve lost a lot of old good friends (as in they’re aren’t dead other than 1 and I don’t know if it was an accident while climbing out of his apartment when the police raided it or a suicide but I’m not gonna contact them if they are still users) in my former country due to heroin since there really was nothing to go back to even if they stopped using. There were limited job opportunities other than manual labour or factory work when we were in our 20s so people didn’t even pursue a tertiary education, which was why I had to leave. It was hopelessness that got them addicted in the first place.

I think the government here really just wanted a list of all the heroin addicts in the country lol. Midazolam can still be legally prescribed although medications are VERY strictly controlled. GPs aren’t allowed to prescribe any benzos for more than 2 weeks. Only psychiatrists can prescribe them long term. Opiates other than the stuff in cough syrup can only be prescribed for really fucking extreme pain.

When my grandmother had an operation where the bone in her leg was manually scraped because of bacteria that had set in or something like that, all she got was tramadol at the SAME DOSAGE that my CAT was prescribed after recovering from a urinary blockage. This is why you don’t go to fucking Traditional Chinese Medicine “clinics” lol. The doctors told us that if she was prescribed a simple course of antibiotics months ago when the pain first started, this wouldn’t have been needed. She went to a goddamn TCM clinic instead of a GP.

Methadone is now a Schedule 1 drug here like heroin IIRC. I could be wrong, though, but I’ve never heard of it being used over a decade after the ban.

I downed half a bottle of 90 pills and I still couldn’t get to sleep when I had RLS and some bouts of sleep paralysis lol. I’m pretty sure it was caused by hypothetical use of deca and my GP friend who trains with me occasionally also thinks so.

The only clinical drug that I’ve been prescribed and found to be effective without any side effects during these periods is 15mg of Mirtazapine and I refuse to use any kind of benzo after I couldn’t sleep for a week after taking them for 2 weeks. I think I’ve said this before somewhere else in this forum and @pat told me I should have weaned myself off them gradually but it’s too much of a hassle lol. Mirtazapine has a pretty long half life and I don’t get withdrawals when I stop if I get it for short term use at that dosage.

For some reason, I’m also responding really well to L Theanine. It’s possible I could be an outlier since if others respond this well, it would long have been used as a clinical drug or heavily commercialized as a sleep aid. They sell it for pets for as a supplement for anxiety and sell it at around 100x the price of HUMAN GRADE powder when taking amount for each dose and number of total doses into account. Go google “Anxitane” if you guys don’t believe me lol.

Back on topic, the governments in countries in my region don’t seem to be too worried about Omicron since even some of the countries that use the press as their mouthpieces have been almost literally regurgitating articles that it’s more transmissible but less deadly than Delta (I don’t have the knowledge nor ability to confirm this) for the past 3 days in a row and certain measures such as mandatory isolation in dedicated facilities for Omicron cases have been called off after analysing the ICU and death rates for Omicron cases. I don’t even know if they’re doing a lot less testing where I live since we’re still in a steady decline when everywhere else is experiencing a surge in cases.

BUT when it comes to “vaccine passports” and their equivalents, you’re now considered “unvaccinated” if you don’t get a booster shot at least 5 months after your 2nd shot in some countries here.
