Iāve been doing exercises to build up muscle strength in my abs. Itās of course uncomfortable but I do think itās helping a lot! I pushed a little too hard yesterday because Iām excited to get back to myself and do whatever I want again. I know my limits and took a rest today while learning how to cook healthier foods. I am ready to try tomorrow and see how far I can progress.

I had to carry buckets of feed to the cattle today. There was no way around it because the self feeders were out and it needed to be done. I felt a little pain but not as bad as I expected sure beats the hell out of doing crazy exercises like dead bugās!

I like just about everything Iāve heard by Shinedown. Diamond Eyes is a good one thatās been added to my Spotify playlist. Iāve been listening to Volbeat in the gym lately. The first song I heard was Devilās Bleeding Crown on the local radio. I donāt always listen to that station because theyāre stuck in the 90ās. Thatās not always a bad thing but I got tired of hearing the same songs they were playing when I was in high school (which was already the early 2000s). Occasionally Iāll find some good stretches where they play new stuff.
