Just give ‘konner05’ a quick google search. You’ll find all you need to know about the lil chap.
What did you find? I got an instagram profile, a pintrest profile, and a few other junk things.
Is this dude trolling us?
no i’m not trolling! Every forum I go on they say i’m trolling
Wait wait wait - you were 150+, added 5 days of cardio and cut your calories too next to nothing, and when you dropped a large amount of weight you are saying you didn’t know there would be a direct correlation?
That is literally the most basic principle in fitness. “move more + eat less = less weight”. So either you have a vast and nearly tragic misunderstanding of very basic fitness or you are trolling us.
I also don’t believe you are 17, but one mystery at a time.
Well, he’s been chased off 4 other popular training sites for posting too much.
Random Gym Bro
“Start at 2500 and track your weight for 3 weeks, then adjust so you’re gaining ~0.5 lbs per week”
Konner05
“I’m afraid i’ll get fat. i know sounds a bit stupid but i get a bit obsessive over calories”
The whole things a shit show and a repeat of what he says here. I think it’s pretty clear that konner05 is a little nervous nelly that is anorexic and misrepresents himself on the internet. Everytime he adds calories, he runs more.
Without exaggeration, you need professional help. Find someone at your school, like a counselor or advisor, who can give you info about disordered eating. The info there should be free, you might even be able to talk with them a few times to try getting things back on track.
Until you do that, absolutely nothing anyone says will help you because apparently there are 4 or 5 entire discussion forums on the Web that’ve all been telling you basically the same advice for a few months now.
I was born on 29th January 2000. My name Konner Brown. About the losing 30lbs thing.
exactly what was the cause of the weight loss?
He said that but yet I replied before that. No offence Chris Colucci.
kid, you have a seriously fucked up relationship with food and your body image.
You need to fix this, which unfortunately won’t be easy. Do like the others have said and talk to a professional. This is too important to ignore.
Best of luck to you.
also something smells wrong here. A 17 year old kid dropped 30lbs in 3 months?
ok well I second what Chris just said. And learning this about you makes your other posts make a little more sense just in a different light. Is the reason your dad is trying to control what you eat cause he watched you drop 30lbs in a time span even though you didn’t really have 30 lbs to drop? Makes sense taking away the food scale.
You should talk to someone like a school counselor, and through that see if you can have a meeting WITH you parents present to go over your goals. I think clarity will go a long way with all parties involved.
I would also even take a step further after that and again with your parents involved, maybe seek out a professional dietitian who can teach you how to properly gain weight etc. Having a professional involved might help your parents ease up on you and actually get you some help in accomplishing the things you want to accomplish.
I’m serious right I just echoed what you just said to me and then said to my dad “Can we have help from a dietician?”. He said “No”. I said “Why?”. Then he said “Because I said no”. I really don’t understand why he said that, that’s a really good point to see dietician but he said no. I’ll do it myself I’ll go to doctors for a dietician.
In that case I would go to someone at school or organization you trust. Talk to them about it. The school nurse or athletic director may actually have some experience in this area, and all counselors have training in how to handle parents and guardians. That is the best route to take.
You are misusing the concern and will to help that people on this forum have.
You need to stop playing Dad vs. Forum and get some professional help from a qualified psychologist or psychiatrist.
Forgive me in advance as I have not read all of the posts.
Anyway…
Please don’t consume the above. I would list the many horrible things that you do to your body by consuming such crap but that is not what this thread is all about. Suffice it to say that there are many far better foods to consume when you are bulking than this poison that you put into your body.
Stick with high quality meats, grains, eggs and don’t forget to consume at least 6 or 7 veggies and fruits per day. If you are not healthy you will not be gaining any muscle. Also, take a high quality protein supplement. There are many good ones around but I like the stuff they sell right here on T Nation.
Good Luck Konner.

I’m gonna buy some oats right now. Is peanut butter with banana and whey good with oats?
I love that combination. And like any diet, just like a workout program, if don’t like it at some point you won’t be doing it. So, enjoy your journey my friend!
My dad has bought some rice. But the trouble is it contains mono and diglysirides of fatty acids and also have to eat it as you know. What should I do throw it away? Or eat it. By the way their’s a chance it contains trans fat.
Just eat it. Diglycerides are the least important thing to you.
I’m going to stop doing doing cardio as I feel like its draining my energy in my workouts because before I was doing cardio I was 5RM 45kg bent over row, not very impressive and actually went down 5kg when I was doing cardio. I will still be walking a lot though as I normally do.
By the way you should try new York bakery wholemeal bagels so nice and the cinnamon and raisin mmmmm.
At college let’s call it American high school. Anyway my college has lunch vouchers and I get them and get a muffin and a pint of milk, but recently I’ve been wanting to try out them bagels that they have but I don’t know the calories of them. What should I do? I know the calories of the muffin because it displays the macros and calories along with the milk.
