Cottage Cheese Tips

Any ideas on how to make cottage cheese tasty without carbohydrates.

1.5 cups low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop whey (flavor of your choice)
1 raw egg
1 packet splenda
1 tablespoon peanut butter or handful of cashews or some nuts.

Throw all this into a food processor and whip for about 25 seconds. It taste like a nutty cheesecake batter. The thicker the better.

Try throwing in some onion powder or garlic powder. Sounds nasty, tastes good.

Or, mix it with some Metabolic Drive or other protein powder, with vanilla flavor it tastes vaguely like cheesecake filling.

I use chocolate protein powder. Wasn’t sure if I liked it at first but now I crave it towards the end of the night.

No liquids to dilute it?

Since when is a raw egg not liquid?

try the search function, it’s been discussed a lot. Within the last few days even.

lots of good ideas here, and its only about 3 days old

I put mortons seasoning salt on my cottage cheese. I thought everybody on earth did, but apparently I am the weird one.

Also, don’t buy large curd. You will feel like your eating spoiled milk.

Which is basically what cottage cheese is.

Sugar-Free Jello with a handfull of walnuts, that’s what I use.

The brand I buy has chives and onion in it.
Tastes pretty good, I actually look forward to my night-time tub!

Thanks.

I tried it with soft boiled eggs last night (before asking advice on here) and was so close to vomiting. Wasted 4 eggs.

I normally mix no salt added cottage cheese with some Metabolic Drive. I find that the salted cottage cheese is nasty and the no salt cottage cheese mixes nice and there are no conflicting tastes (salty/sweet).
