I have a slight inversion of the knee & a mild case of being flat footed. What exercises could I use to try and focus on correcting this in my posture?

IMO exercises are not the way to go. For things like that, go to a podiatrist and get some in-steps (orthotics) made. Don’t underestimate how much the feet affect the body…it was a root cause of many of my back, hip, overall posture, knee and even neck/should issues. This was from flat feet and collapsed arches, as well as leg-length discrepancies.
