Correct dosage for performance

Hey folks, so i wanted to ask for your advice, currently i do 5-6 strength session a week,
(Very low volume 10-12 per each push/pull/legs, weighted calisthenics mostly, nothing fancy)

And grappling/kickboxing 3 times a week.
My testosterone results are somewhere in the middle range, lets say 600/1100

Im 27 years old, sleep 7-9hrs,
Hitting my macros, taking my supplements, low-stress life.
Doing everything right beside training more frequently than i can recover from .

So because i do not want to ease up, and im aware it smarter than jumping on gear, but its definitely manageable on gear, i saw people natural having routines similar to those, but im not them .

and i suffer from low energy and weak performances, low libido and low T symptoms from “overreaching” often,
i thought to hop on gear, i prefer instead of reducing at least 3 days of training honestly.

So the question is what is the minimum dosage that can help me recover better, keep my energy level higher and not run super heavy cycle’s, not looking for impressive physique improvement, more in a CNS and energy standpoint.

I thought about 200mg test should give me a solid boost, thoughts?

Not recommending you do this but I would start at a lower dose if that is what you want to do. 125mg or so.
Is your plan to remain on trt for life then?

First thanks for the response brother!

Well right now i feel like shit often,
again ofcourse to blame on the high work-load / me.

If TRT will make my erections strong again, higher energy level and help me work hard as i want and recover, than absolutely, its my life and my job!
(Coach not athlete)

May i ask how 125mg will help me raise my testosterone enough to give a benefit? and why u wont recommend?

125mg is just a starting place. 200mg/wk will put most men above normal ranges. Residing there for extended periods could cause other issues with bloodwork.
My suggestion would be to get some bloodwork done whether it be with an endo or a try clinic and see where you are at.
You need to realize that this is not a magic bullet. It may fix some issues but cause others. You would be best served doing much more research.

This. Your issue could be something else and starting on gear with normal T levels would be a mistake.

No and no. If you have these levels naturally, you won’t benefit from TRT. For some reason public perception is that TRT is like legal steroids. It doesn’t work that way. I personally know several men that went the TRT route with mid range levels and they didn’t notice a thing beneficial. As to recovery, you also won’t notice a difference. There are PEDs that will aid a bit in recovery but it’s not 200mg of Test when your natural levels are fine.

Allright good to hear that, can you please tell me what are the PED’s that would provide aid?

Nandrolone, Anavar, and HGH to name a few.

Well yes you are right,
Im there wont be any magic pills im looking for a slight enhancement :pray:t5:

And i did bloodwork and everything was good.

Thank you very much for the response i’ll start checking Deca /
Peptides to improve GH

Allright thanks i’ll search about them. Especially on the Deca,

Started to look into peptides like CJC1295 for instance,

You familiar with those?

Please make sure you do thorough research and ask questions. Most things that you take are still going to have health implications and there will be a risk/reward factor.
Of everything mentioned HGH is prob gonna be your best bet.

@s.gentz is spot on. I wasn’t recommending ANY of the above but simply answering your question.

My levels were mid 700 for total, but my free was below range due to high out of range SHBG. I had all the low test symptoms, but would have been told I’m just fine based on TT, if a full panel wasn’t done.

You need to test your SHBG so your free testosterone can be calculated. Free T is more predictive of hypogonadal symptoms - total T relatively meaningless by comparison.

I started with a total T of over 600 ng/dL and a free T around 5-6 ng/dL due to high SHBG. 175 mg a week of TRT raised my free T to 38 ng/dL. I thought that was too high and dropped to 140 mg which resulted in a 30.5 ng /dL Free T at trough. You better believe that dramatically improved my energy, recovery, ability to gain muscle and strength, etc. Night and day.

I personally find the peptide route to help. I’ve used cjc1295 dac a couple times (3 months at a time) and found it to be helpful starting after a couple weeks. Not everyone is a fan though. Might be worth a try.

I’m aware of the difference between FT and TT :joy:. He’s 27 and over training. He doesn’t need TRT nor PEDs nor additional testing.

500kcal/day more than you are currently consuming.

Haha well in most cases i definitely agree that this is legit answer, but i already ramped my calories, as we speak im eating 250 more than the calculation “recommended” and jn addition reduced some frequency

I’ll give it a in-depth check

I reckon its stable?
