Correct dosage for performance

Allright i’ll start researching what is the best bang a buck risk wise,
Appreciate your effort :pray:t5:

Didn’t suggest you didn’t know, but your response didn’t leave room for possibility of a common issue. Nothing wrong with getting a full panel. I wish I had. At 28, I just had TT run, so at 33 was difficult to see what had changed.

We both agree op shouldnt jump straight in.

Does full panel refers to the photo i uploaded? - (This one⤵️)

You’re 27 years old and have a perfectly normal hormone panel. You’re not a candidate for TRT. If all you are after is better recovery than you need to take a look at numerous other factors besides hormones, for example how many calories you consume, how much unnecessary shit do you do in the gym that is hindering recovery, life/work stress, etc.

What is your height and weight? What does your programming look like? What are your macros? What extra physical activities do you do on a daily or weekly basis?

Well im aware about this fact im more thinking in an “enhancement” kind of way actually.

Weight 82.5kg - 174cm
3,500cal , 155-170p, 400-430c , 100-120f

Program is 6x Push/Pull split, monitored by me (a coach) and by a well known coach.

Push
2x3-5 Weighted Dips
2x6-8s Planche Lean
2x3-5 Squat (2nd as paused)

1x12-15 Lateral Raise’s

Pull
2x3-5 Weighted Chin-Ups
2x6-8s Front Lever Hold
2x10-12 45• Extension’s

1x12-15 - DB’s Trap 3 Raise’s

Once a week the squat becomes a split squat and the extensions rotates to ham curls, trap 3 rotates to facepull

Additional stressors i do - none
(beside the grappling and kickboxing)
Well again im not surprised why im suffering from those symptoms, its an overreach, i just look for enhancement instead of backing down… not too smart choice im aware but…

I’ll add some additional supplements that might help - so far taking -
creatine,multi,Rhodiola rosea

I’ll add - Magnesium,Ginseng,phosphatidelyserine
Fish oil.

Please let me know if you have more recommendations :pray:t5:

What did you notice with the CJC DAC version? Any of the sides, like water retention or desensitization of the pituitary?

Zero negative side effects. Just improved recovery after a few weeks. Much improved overall feeling between workouts too. Better sleep. My lifts felt easier in the gym. I am in my late 40s, trained since high school, and I can tell a huge difference in recovery since my younger days. This really helped me feel more energetic to lift, and live life. You know what we do takes a lot out of us. In between workouts I felt good and not beat up as I do often after a hard training session. And don’t get me wrong, I have already made adjustments as I age. My volume and max weights are all lower to reflect my hormones as a middle-aged man. Using CJC I really think helped to improve everything HGH and IGF 1 do in our bodies. As those are the two levels that increase pretty dramatically after a few weeks of use. I dont think it’s placebo effect. I’ve used CJC for a few months on several occasions. I think it’s worth the $ and the effort to inject. But give it a solid few weeks before you draw any conclusions. Week 3-4 is where I really noticed my general feeling of wellbeing increased and lifting at the gym had become less brutal feeling.
