Confusion's One Workout per Week Log

I always lower my snatches/clean/jerks. Partly because I don’t have bumper plates, but even when I do I lower them. Supposedly Vasily Alekseyev always attributed his strength to lowering the weight rather than letting it fall except in competition, so I have always done the same.

my dear wife will never leave Oz,so,I guess,neither will I. She loves it here. also,she has a son with cerebral palsy in his early 30’s. so,it’s important for her to be nearby to make sure he gets proper care.

Elvis, It sucked. she is still weak from it. some wheels,yes,just for you dude. and when i work them again in 3 months,again it will be just for you…hhahaha

My brother’s wife couldn’t hack it in Alberta and the moved to the Vancouver. It was just too cold and the 17 hours of dark in the winter drove her nuts. My wife has adjusted…she got her citizenship anyway. Still has had enough winter by January usually though…

I lived in Iceland for a year. The darkness was a real drag. Of course, gusting wind,sideways snow, ice, and being blown off my feet from time to time didn’t help! BTW, if you guys had helped us out, we could have gotten our independence sooner. ahahhahha

Haha. My wheels are crap,I know. I’ve decided to start working them again. It’s leftover baggage from when my waist was wider than my shoulders.Paranoid that I would have huge legs and have the pear shape My excuse was i do martial arts and i dont need to train legs. Not anymore. Got to pull out all the stops…The upper legs are decent,but obviously the calves need a lot of work,as do the chest and and and. It’s a difficult thing for me to set goals,because I don’t know what my genetic potential is and I’ve not had my best body yet,etc…I suppose the perfect v taper is a goal,but weight and measurements and things? Not sure yet. Any advice would be great, you all see my pics,so…?

I actually meant nice rig. Squat big, eat big-Mongo have bigger legs. Bigger lats means more pulling such as weighted chins, heavy rowing, more deads, and try some snatch grip deads(work upper lats like crazy). Screw your potential, make your potential.

Keep posting so you can show off your results. You’re putting up and that is manly to start with.

Time for a confession. I witnessed a viscious violent confrontation between 2 female family members 5 days ago and went on a 4 day alcohol binge. i had some big plans about posting pics and stuff. My head was in a bad place. anywhoo I,m hoping to put some cool stuff on my log,but that,s the straight scoop on why I havent posted another workout. I may not workout this week.Confusion
