They do look awesome, in a very kooky way. What shoes do you wear with them?

Edit: they also look insanely comfortable.

Complete and utter bullshit. YOU and PX don’t do step ups, that does not qualify as BBers don’t do step ups. YOU are not every bodybuilder in the world.

Go and find the ton of evidence which proves me wrong then cos I take it you easily can.

The BW pistol squats and Step Up comparison was because OP made a similar thread about pistol squats to this one.
This is really the basis of the problem people have with the OP (whose posts I can’t actually see since I’m ignoring him). The pistol squat thread was ridiculous and hypothetical, his “only train muscles you can’t see” thread was similar, and now this. It’s anybody’s guess if he’s even doing step-ups, or just wants to ask questions about them, since he’s admitted that he doesn’t do all the things he’s asking about in his threads. OP doesn’t give a shit about actually working out. It sounds like he wants to write a revolutionary fitness book to change the world, without ever setting foot in a gym. I don’t think this thread would have gotten the response it has if alternate didn’t have this track record.

OP also said he can’t find pants that fit because pistol squats made his legs too big.
i feel like its not hard at all to outgrow the skinny cut trend in merica these days :,/
I can’t wear skinny jeans, and I assume most of the guys on here can’t either. I pretty much can’t waer any jeans from places like H&M. But there are plenty of brands that still make jeans with thighs that are cut loose. You would have to be in the 30" range to truly have trouble finding jeans that you could wear. And if your thighs are that big, there’s a good chance you’re the running back for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and can afford to have your jeans made for you.
Same problem with jeans for over a decade. Finally I stumbled upon Timberland and Nautica Jeans who make great styles for well built guys.
I mostly wear 7 jeans. The denim they use stretches well, so while they’re tight in the thigh area, they’re still super comfortable.

I like that this thread has branched in 2 directions. It should now be called “step-ups and denim”
these be online?

and yeah steup and denims to fit dat ass inf rom all them stepups
I have a friend who did a few BB shows that wore these jeans pretty much exclusively. He was only like 6’2 though, don’t know if they make them long enough for you.

This entire thread was a waste of time.

OP if you want quads, stack a ton of plates on the Barbell Squat, Leg Press, and do some damn Ham exercises.

Oh… you’re still here…

That was my thought too.

Nothing wrong with step-ups. Also nothing wrong with lunges, goblet squats, leg extensions, etc. But you’re a fool if you think those are the best primary exercises for leg growth.

It feels like you’re not even wearing pants. Haha they’re meant for hardcore partying and dancing so theyre crazy mobile too. You can even squat in them with no problem.

I wear boots mainly but a pair of Chucks or Vans go good with them too.

Vans mainly Bucky Vs Skate Hi or La Criptdos Mids

Sweet, will have to see if they sell them in the UK. I would look like a boss squatting in these! Haha.

You should be able to buy them off that site. If not ebay sellers might ship to ya.
