Concerning GSD

I plan on incorporating this plan next week by the time my supps come in…I was wondering tho how I should train during this shredding phase? Compound movements? Complexes? Body split? Full body? etc. And, cardio wise? Long slow cardio? HIIT training(sprints)? Bike sprints? Even need cardio or high energy system work?

Thanks for any advice you can give…and if you have personally gone through the GSD with great results, could you please detail your results?

When dropping fat my weekly training looks something like this:

  • Three, full-body training sessions
  • A few steady state cardio bouts
  • One serving of HIIT or sprints

Of course, I start out with higher calories and fewer cardio sessions. That way I have something to play with when the fat loss starts to stall.
