I dont knwo about you guys but I love wearing compression shorts while lifting. My problem is that I have yet to find a pair or brand that I really like. Most of them dont seem to be tight enough. I am not talking about power lifting shorts either.
Right now Ive got under armor, mcdavid, shock doctor, some no names, and Skins (which ill prob return because they are $80. they are supposed to help reduce the swelling and lactic acid buildup but Im not sure how bc they dont feel any different). Do you guys have any recommendations?
i wouldnt worry about paying 80$ for shorts that help “reduce lactic acid buildup or anything”, and if you dont fill out your shorts, you really only have two legitament options…, either gain weight or try jelqing

lol, jelqing, he said what i was thinking.
On topic, I hear that leg press is the best way to pack on size to quads, though squats are better for strength. Just my 2 cents.
compression shorts are great to help keep you tight.
I also like to feel tight in upper body, I just wear a cotton tank top 2 sizes too small under my workout shirt.
Inzer Power Pants. They look like a thicker, stronger compression short. Just buy them a size or two bigger if they’re too tight for your taste. They’re definitely not a powerlifting squat brief. A few of my training partners use them when squatting/doing leg work without gear.
