Here’s a pic of my brother. He took 3rd place at the Loch Ness Junior Pro 2008. Could some of the more experienced guys point out weak points and what to work on in general? A personal trainer at the gym told him he has scapular winging. Is that true? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Deep in the Carpathian mountains, I was raining down hammerfists on a group of vampires, conservatively estimated to be about 15-20 in number. As I was mercilessly bludgeoning the final vampire in the pack, he (it?) pointed to my quads, and with its last ounce of breath was heard to say “qq…quaaads”.
Then I looked at them, and sure enough, my quads are overdeveloped. Anyone have a good routine that de-emphasizes the quads for people who are already freaky huge?
i was walking down the street the other day and i walked by this overly big dude on roids and his chick,his chick couldnt keep her eyes off me and my small but strong pecs.this dude was in a fit of roid rage and makes a mistake cause he comes at me i take him down into a armbar then jump on to him and rain down a hammerfist after hammerfist.showered the bastard with pain. i must of hit him over 100 times in 30 seconds.i got off him and this chick was like so into me.

I see more of anterior pelvic tilt. I’d recommend the articles from Chad and Cressey on foam rolling. As far as weak points, the traps are looking small.
I use wrist wraps and a belt for powerlifting and my raw numbers are 400 bench 500 squat and 600 deadlift. My friends say that I’m cheating with the wraps and belt…
