Oh no doubt your making really good progress, but of course we can make fun of you. When i post my pictures for spring football, i expect a few wise cracks, T-nation wouldn’t have it any other way. On a side note, you’ll notice that the only people that n-nats dont make fun of are those of a big size or those grossly out of shape. Ive come to the realization if you get teased for putting up your pictures, it’s because those teasing think that you can handle it because you aren’t out of shape.

I can agree with you. Some people see a big difference in my pics; some don’t. It’s hard b/c I haven’t ripped up so more of the muscle doesn’t neccessarily show. Even myself the only areas I can tell a differnce are in my lower chest, my arms, and my lower back is a little bit more defined. Come on, I’d be crazy to say I gained 16lbs of LBM in 4 weeks. A ton of it is just water weight from a vegetarian taking creatine (lower creatine saturation point to start with). Only somoene that knows shit about lifting would say, look at me! I made an amazing difference in 4 weeks. Yeah, you can make yourself look leaner, or drastically dehydrate yourself, but differences that’ll stick TAKE TIME. I’ll just keep updating my pics ever 3-5 weeks and when the semester ends I’ll make an original before and a final set and we’ll see how far I’ve come.
