need advice been training for about 15 months now but have been sick for the last 2 months and lost alot of musscel, im only back training next week and ive gained a good ammount of body fat ( up to 17 - 18 % ) What should i do now diet and try get my bodyfat down to a decent level or just go hard back on the weights trying to gain mass… I train about 4 - 5 days a week…
deadlift - 396 pounds
squat - 264 pounds
bench - 176 pounds ( my weak point )
miltary press - 143 pound ( standing )
