Combining 5-3-1 and Defranco's Badass

Has anyone done this? If so, how did you set it up?

5/3/1 & Badass are both complete routines as is. Select one of these routines and commit to it for 4-6 months before you decide what you think about it. At that time you can try the other or make another run at the one you had been using.
These are both ‘Rock Sold’ programs…if you don’t make progress you will have failed the program, not the other way around.

What kind of routine do you follow?

I use a % based program like 5/3/1. My rep range is currently a bit higher 8/6/4.
