I want to her your opinion on combine OVT and HSS-100.
The spilt is a standard OVT:
Day 1. Chest and back
Day 2. Legs and abs
Day 3. Arms
Day 4 Shoulders and trapz.
The excise for the chest and back could be as following:
Chest
A1. Incline Bench Press (5x5)
B1. Flat Bench Press (36-8)
B2. Flat Flies (310-12)
C1. Cable Cross (1-215-20)
Back
A1. Deadlift (55)
B1. Chinups (36-8)
B2. Bent over rows (310-12)
C1. Seated row (1-2*15-20)
The same sets and reps applies for legs, arms and shoulders.
Would this be and good muscle-building program?

I wrote OVT about 10 000 years ago and have since then written that it doesn’t represent my line of thinking anymore. I do not recommend that program.
HSS-100 is a good program, but also does not represent my current beliefs entirely. While it is better than OVT and can certainly be effective, it wouldn’t be my first choice.
At best, I find trying to combine two programs into one to be an idiotic idea.
I have tryed I’BB but did’t get any ware with it.
I have trouble with gaining lean muscle. If I eat at litte more I gain fat, If I train a little harder I loose fat, but I dont gain musle.
I have tryed IBB, get jack (Best result with this program), Dr.Jekyll And Hyde, and know OVT.

Ya, how long did you freaking try it for two weeks??
You have to give it enough time. Like months, not weeks. And maybe your food selection sucked? Look, eat healthy foods, especially protein. Accept SOME fat gain (but not excessive). You’ll be fine.
