TC contacted me today and stated that he liked the article that I sent him on “combat conditioning” and that it will run within the next three weeks! I am very excited about this and hope you t-men and t-vixens out there like the article!

Oh yeah, I can now do a handstand from the gargoyle position. That’s where you press yourself up into a handstand from the bottom position without any kick up or assistance.

Thanks a lot Nate! Handstand from a garlgoyle position! Man that sounds tough, I will have to try that. Another variation of handstand pushups is to do them with your elbows in as if you were doing skull crushers! It is hard as hell and will blow your tricpes up big time. I am getting better at doing them on the chairs and did 3 sets of five this past Sunday. I am going to shoot for 5x5 today! I am still using the The portable power jumper and it rocks. I started bridging and doing reverse pushups with it and wow! What a difference. I have the yellow band soon and will probably upgrade to a higher resistance soon. It is also a cool device for adding resistance to hindu pushups as well.
