Prof, is that redemption one the latest video?
And whats the deal with this BB “camp” he has every year. Its something like you get to hang out and train with him for a couple of days down in TX. Thats something I would love to do man.

Everyone that goes to that camp seems to enjoy it. He trains with them, eats with them and even takes them to church with him. They always seem to pick people who aren’t even all that serious from the pics I’ve seen.
His newest DVD is “Ronnie Coleman on the Road” where I think they followed him to Australia. I don’t have that one yet. The Redemption video is at least 2 years old.
Its also a good reminder that there is always someone stronger and bigger out there than you. Very humbling indeed.
I hit 1300 for 8 reps on the leg press the other day and Ronnie probably doesnt even warm up with that…damn…

Don’t bother buying it… it’s basically Ronnie passing in a nearly machine only gym doing so-so weight and looking like he’s just waiting to come back home to do what he does best. Just to add to this, there is some Australian guy who weights as much as Ron’s left nut asking him pointless questions while Ronnie is training…
There is no comparison to the The Unbelieveable and the Cost of Redemption as those 2 pieces are masterpieces!
