Dude that’s crazy!!!

Ronnie Coleman is the man!!!

Wait this has been posted before huh? Hmm, guess I really am a douchebag` .

Now, I stopped doing leg presses years ago, but it seems to strike me that he doesn’t have a full ROM. Regardless, the weight is impressive even with the ROM that is there.

I tried what I thought was a full ROM with my feet close on the platform, and over 700lbs. I felt like my ribs were going to crack when I went down too far. I pictured myself with my legs caving in my chest.

I never tried that again.

I will go a little lower with a wider stance, but keep the ROM short with a close stance.

holy shit! i swear his leg is the size of my whole being.

Have you all really not seen Ronnie lifting before?

He is truly amazing and worth watching.

These are must sees:

LIGHT WEIGHT BABY! BOOOOOOO

Bodybuilders are weak.

im not impressed
whats that a whole 3 inches???

At least Dorian Yates used to go down full ROM.

Dumbest Post of 2007 so far.

now the 200 lb dbs for 12 was impressive!

Man, that’s some serious weight.

Ronnie Coleman IS the man. In a sport that has such huge ego problems and you here so many stories about guys being egotistical assholes, Coleman, who has more right based on major wins alone than just about anyone else in history to be that way, pretty much seems to avoid all that. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone having anything to say that mattered that was bad about Ronnie Coleman.

I personally think he looked better pre GH, but still. Guy WORKS hard, is strong as a fucking full grown rhinocerous, has made a lot of money in the business making the choices he made, was gracious even in defeat to Cutler at the Olympia, and overall just seems to train because he loves lifting (even with all the bullshit that comes with being at that level in professional bodybuilding). He stayed on top for nearly a decade and still trained in the gym like a hungry ‘up and comer’. And seems to have a good time doing it.

I’m not one to prop up too many of the current crop of bodybuilding stars, but I don’t know how you could not repect Ronnie Coleman. A true pro in an era of inflated egos and big mouths.

Kubo

I don’t care what you think of leg presses or the alleged abbreviated rom, which with his leg size isn’t true anyway, that was a truly herculean feat of strength that left me speechless for several seconds. I wonder what percentage humans ever born could so much as lift that load off the pins?

Coleman is the man. that leg press looked awsome.

Exactly. I want to see what rang of motion he is supposed to have with quads around 40" each. You can tell the newbies when they start throwing out criticisms for people who have acheived more than they or most humans ever will.

I can’t believe a man’s bones and knees are able to support that kind of strength!

I wonder how dense his bones are from all that lifting, compared to the average man.

Much better ROM than Pat Roberson

EVER SEEN BLOOD AND GUTS?

DORIAN manages to go quite deep.

SORRY MR> X , I am not surprised by leg press as Ive seem a million and a half people over load the weight and go down one inch.

I think he could have actually gone down farther despite his legs.

THats like squating 2 inches and saying whow look at me I squated 700lbs? whats the difference?
