I’ve been do my close grips on the decline bench are they’re great! On a flat bench, I’d always get this uncomfortable feeling like my delts were kicking in a lot towards the end of the set. But not anymore. My tris are really feeling it and you also get a few more inches of range at the bottom which is never a bad thing!
I strongly agree, I just started doing decline close grip and I added size to my triceps in no time. It’s a great way to change up doing regular bench close grips and I tend to feel I am able to do more weight that way as well.
Sounds good. Will add these into next Monday’s bench/chest blaster. I think my partners will like it.

At my current gym there is no decline bench, so the guys put plates under the foot of the bench. I may try it.
