Clear Up a Couple of Myths, Please

Since you threw out the 1-rep BS that is very telling that you know nothing about my training.

If you actually checked my journal you would see that I do a 1-rep PR, then I do more volume until I I’m ready to hit a new 1-rep PR. I’m also adding more and more volume every week.

BTW I hit new 16rep PR in weighted tricep extension pushups today! That’s the 3rd PR I’ve had in that exercise in 2-weeks. You think a I’m not going to grow from that?

Diet, the adjustments I’ve made in diet are strictly from the affects of training. Your whole deal of 1gram or more of protein per pound of BW is cookie cutter. If someone does not already have the training and muscle to support that, it’s a waste of time.

Going on instinct and by gains in lifting I’ve have upped my protein because I have made the gains that my body needs for that.

I only eat about 80g tops or less in carbs a day now, some days 20g. I don’t need them as much now cause I’m becoming a muscled stout.

@Andrewgen_Receptors @dchris When Scott Stiener got older he had a a little muffin top, but he still looked better than both of you, biggger stronger peaks and with viens. That’s how dumb the bodybuilding mentality is. He wasn’t a bodybuilder but looked better than them.

I deliberately chose not to follow your log. I’ve seen it, just never bothered to read anything written, as everything you’ve written prior was factually incorrect or anecdotal at best.

Interesting that you chose to pick someone else’s physique to compare me to once you realized we are two different breeds of animal :slightly_smiling_face:

Enjoy your workout - I won’t be continuing this conversation with you.

Uhh, ok. A professional athlete who used drugs his whole career. Not sure your point? I’m neither.

I’m also not a bodybuilder. My whole life of training has been specific to sports.

I am so here for this, sign me up

experimenting and changing when needed stuff doesn’t work anymore.

That’s…mature. Ok then, if you want to prove your point, then do prep for a show. Awaiting your results and to see how your response to your training is going to be definitively better than @anon6371718’s prep experience, which was already quite impressive.

I’m wondering at this point if that will always be the case…like you’ll always be coming but never surpassing…

Sure…btw I laughed at this, especially after doing these for more reps with an entire plate last week after three isolations. But your style of training is better and is giving you more results, right?

@Cretin78 knows that he cannot prep for a show and have any success. And if he did try to prep for a show, he would quickly realize that he doesn’t have the constitution to see it very deep into the cut.

Well Andrew proved my point, he does not know what I’m doing.

He brings up the 1-rep training and celery.

He does not know that I do 100rep squats every single week in 1-set. So why would I care about posing in my underwear? In few years I’ll be built fantastic anyway as long as I continue the 100rep squats and continue the 1-rep PRs and continue to improve my eating. No insecurities here, fellas!!!

Then put your money where your mouth is and do next year’s T-ransformation.

I have no issues posting a shirtless pic of me in my journal.

It’s funny how this all stems from saying I would like to earn a living as a trainer cause that’s my passion and my main interest is getting people to train themselves, somehow that triggered mentality Ill folks? Or was it the anti capitalist comment?

My comments are not pointed to anyone here, just cause I don’t train like you does not mean I could teach someone (not you) to teach themselves how to lift, after all I’ve been lifting for 25 years.

Uhhh…so are the myths cleared up now?

Yes. We’re all messing up badly by not incorporating celery and olives in our daily anabolic regimen.

No capitalism is a myth.

If capitalism was so great why are we slaves to a job a person here admitted “no one like to work” do you do it to make someone rich who can pay you? OK!

The big house, the fancy car does not equal health.

Uhhh…ok?

@Andrewgen_Receptors is a freaking moron.

Obviously I lift, numb nuts.

I did have a bad spell in my 30s dummy, grow up you roid dork.

And I’ll be the only one to say it, you got no business using, if your gonna use kick butt, instead, no show for you.
