Showing 1-rep Max Horse Power

Welcome to part 2 of 1-rep maxing! I trained this week for 5-days in a hotel fitness center, max dumbbells were 75s in which I horsed them. There was a monster universal machine that had two stacks of 200#. I didn’t get enough time to do what I wanted on it, but next time I’m in a hotel with a machine like that I will. That thing was a beast!!!

Back to 1-rep max stuff-

Well this may not be a true 1-rep max, but it’s a 25# PR in the Jefferson lift, only about the 6th time I’ve ever done them, 419 x1.

And here is a true 1-rep max dumbbell fly with 90s, HA HA, watch how easy the press is for me, then you see the slight fly and brutal max effort-

As if I didn’t need any more convincing to not train like you.

Like I said troll or retarded.

LOL.

We will see who comes out on top!

If you don’t want to train this way, I’m not expecting anyone to.

I’m posting this because I believe drug free trainees probably aren’t doing everything they could and if anyone wants to see how things go for me, that’s why I’m doing this, plus this motivation for me.

I enjoy the hate because it really does fuel me, for instance after I read these comments I was fired up and squatted 196 x36 reps (40reps is coming up).

See, you guys aren’t doing this chit on the fly like me, so you all will stay were you are, and I’m drive past all you!

As for being retarded, yes I have retarded strength!

How many horsepower do you think you’re generating here?

Then start a log and keep it there. No one cares.

You might want to consider drugs.

If people are laughing, it isn’t hate.

Hey look it’s either Jonny Depp or Hunter, both are scrawny string beans.

Depp may be in shape but he has no mass.

Good stuff!

Why should I consider drugs? It’s funny you are criticizing what I’m doing and then you suggest someone to consider something so risky and unhealthy such as drugs.

…,.interesting, the irony here………

That single rep dumbbell fly was very disappointing. I expected at least something close to a dumbbell fly. That was a hybrid press-fly.

I guess I don’t understand what you’re trying to demonstrate with all of this contrarianism. It sounds like you believe you’ve unlocked some kind of hidden secrets that previous trainees across the history of barbells and root vegetable cultivation were unable to discover.

You are correct that you have retarded strength if you use it as a verb, but to suggest you could keep up with Mongo over at the brick factory is an insult to Mongo.

Who is mongo?

Sounds like a gorilla-like boss from a video game.

It’s a movie reference.

You know that will go over his head.

Guess what RT, I did the same type of rep with the 80s several months ago, then I did 1-rep with the 85s like that too.

Before I did those 90s I did a single with the 80s again, and it was much much easier.

So here’s how the game works RT, I will do the same with the 100s, then the 90s will be easier and you will see more of a fly.

BTW, did you even read my description??? I specifically said that the initial press was easy, now go back and look at the difference. AND I said “slight fly”.

Gosh…………

Judging by the comments I get and by the Marine who thinks 155 dead’s for high reps will snap your spine, I very much have unlocked secrets unknown.

Fellas,

Take a look at this, now this is a complete 180, but this guy Goggins figured something out. The RP guy unfortunately has wasted his degree in ES with the genetics thought and other nonsense. This guy Goggins is using his not only using his thinking for exercise but he has something that can’t be taught and that is the drive to do what he is doing, he pushes himself, maybe in a different way but you can’t teach that with any cookie cutter program.

I do similar shit this guy Googins is doing, but I also go for more mass, hence the 1-rep maxing-
