Clear Up a Couple of Myths, Please

That means you dont make posts about it telling everyone you’ve found the secret to ultimate gains like you did with your celery nonsense.

Unless you know how that word is really used, you might want to rethink saying this.

You keep comparing yourself to me and I always deflect because I dont give a shit what you think about me, so I dont bother getting defensive.

If you want to call that “no progress”, thats fine.
But in that time, I also:
completed my degree
paid off all consumer debt
have savings to buy vehicles outright
got promoted. twice.
dealt with the death of my Mother In Law
and the abandonment of both of my parents (my choice)
almost divorced, now living in a great marriage
and have been doing the best I can to raise my daughter into a good human.

Now, if you’re done trying to compare yourself to me, I’d suggest you start looking inward and getting your shit together. You might be 15 years my senior physically, but you’re still mentally weak like a child.

Stop living in your delusions.
Stop comparing yourself to others.
Stop believing in your own bullshit.

You’re not growing or making progress because your training is completely ineffective, and by the muffin top under your Britney Knot avatar picture, I’ll assume your diet is similar.

You want to make progress? Stop thinking you know so fucking much.
You don’t.

Start doing the shit that works for everyone else and I think you’ll start seeing that it works for you too.
Or you can go back to your everyday 1 rep max training that no bodybuilder, powerlifter, or strongman has ever gotten results from.

You are your own worst enemy, and your fragile fucking ego is holding you back.
