I do have a question for you. How may calories do you not eat per day? I would assume all of them. I currently only throw up one of my daily meals, which is an air and salad sandwich. I don’t want to get too fat, so I’m really curious to know if I am taking the right approach.

I was wondering what program you do…ABBH, WS4SB, V-Diet, GVT, GBC, EDT…and how long do you stick with that program before changing things up? Do you use kettlebells and Bosu’s? What about TRX suspension training? I’m also having trouble eating less than 1200 cals/day. Any ideas on how I can get this lower? Pls don’t flame me, I used the search function and couldn’t find anything. I also didn’t think I’d get an intelligent reply in the Beginner’s forum.

BTW, your abz look wicked sick, bro! Do you do like 1000 crunches/day?

Sorry it took so long for me to post after i got back i jerked off to a Lock of Hair i stole from Megan Fox on the set of Transformers isn’t she the Greatest? Then i took a shower. And took my post workout pill of Hydroxycut.

What makes you think I don’t eat alot? I usually have for breakfast 2 WHOLE EGGS(This is were i get most of my protein) and Lunch have a WHOLE 2 Slices of pizza(I get my Carbs in this meal) and for Dinner i don’t eat so that I don’t get to fat while im trying to build my functional muscle. Im not into the whole vomiting thing I used to do it long time ago but ever since all the other actresses started doing i quit didn’t want to look gay, ya know?

As For my workout i usually just wing it, some days if I don’t feel i worked my bicep good enough ill do another 20sets the next day. And For my chest i do pushups because in the real world pushups are much more useful then bench pressing. As for my legs I usually just do the StairMaster 5000 for about 30minutes.

Post-workout I’ve been eating 1 grain of quinoa, but I think this might be blurring my abz. Should I try to cut the quinoa in half or add in 20 HIIT sessions/week? I like your hydroxycut idea, but I can’t afford it. I’m not a big time actor like you.

Praise Shugart, I am so lucky the man himself actually responded!! I didn’t eat dinner last night either…so like, we’re starvation brothers or something like that!

I went to the gym today too and worked up a wicked sweat by shadow kickboxing in the mirror. I could feel the eyes of every woman staring at my ass…so I lifted up my shirt to show off my abs. I felt bad because I don’t yet have mega-Labuff abs like you. Mine are more on the level of a little Mcconaughey mixed with Tobey McGwire…but way heavy on the McGwire. You know, cute enough to pull in the 10th graders, but not quite “senior year boob” worthy.

Thanks again LaBuff. I will make sure to try the eggs and pizza diet. I will have to only eat half of an egg though or else I’ll get bloated.

Wow! That is a lot of food! I apologize for my mistake earlier in assuming you weren’t eating that much. I hadn’t considered not eating at dinner though, so I’ll be sure to try that soon. I would prefer that to vomiting as it’s really starting to hurt my throat.

I totally agree on your stance with pushups. Added resistance is totally not applicable to the real world. It’s just not functional. I hadn’t been training my legs at all. Are you sure that using the StairMaster 5000 won’t make them too big? I don’t want big legs ruining my v-taper.

Do you only take the one Hydroxycut or do you split the dose up throughout the day?
